Got a call from someone pretending to be Amazon, saying they’d noticed someone trying to buy loads of phones on my account. They sent me a code, an OTP, and I stupidly told it to them, which let them get into my account. While still on the call, they added about £30,000 worth of phones to my basket and kept chatting with me, asking for my address and phone details. Thankfully, I managed to clear the basket straight away, reported it to Amazon, and ended the call. Also changed my passwords right after. Just a heads up, watch out for these scams!
