Got a missed call from this number, but when I rang back about half an hour later it was switched off. Sounds like one of those scams where they ask you to "press 1 for English, 2 for Chinese" or something like that. I've gotten calls like this before, pretending to be Royal Mail, immigration office, or about some international package. Always the same trick with different mobile numbers.
