I’ve had loads of calls from people claiming they’re from O2, saying I’m due a 40% reduction on my bill. They say they need to send me a code by text which I then have to read back to them over the phone to get it sorted. It just doesn’t seem right - if O2 really wanted to give me that discount, wouldn’t they just apply it automatically? I’ve been getting these dodgy calls from numbers like 07860980202 and 07990089819. It’s getting really tiresome now.
