Got a call earlier from this number but didn’t pick up, so I rang back. As soon as I did, someone on the line said, “Hello, this is Phil, leave your name and number and I’ll return your call.” There was a long pause before some automated voice came on and told me to press the hash key if I want to leave a message. I ended the call after that. Not sure if it’s a scam or just a genuine person with the wrong number.
