Today, I got a ring from this number and as soon as my call blocker activated, a text popped up saying it was from the immigration office. It warned that if I didn't answer next time I'd miss out on vital info about myself. Then it told me to press 2 for Chinese? After that, it claimed it would create a new voicemail on my phone. Clearly, it felt like a scare tactic and seemed like a scam to me. I've since blocked the caller and forwarded everything to the National Crime Agency.
