I got a text from an unknown number saying if I pay my PCN before 16th October 2024, I’d get a £70 discount but if I don’t, the fine could be up to 200% or my car might get taken away. The message had a weird link too https://bit.ly/4e3DJdT?EXk=NSIVPO. It sounds totally dodgy to me. First off, I don’t even own a car so how could they seize anything? Whatever this PCN thing is, I’m definitely not paying it!
