This is the third time I’ve received the exact same voicemail, but from different mobile numbers each time. A lady’s voice claims she’s from the bank’s security team, talking about two suspicious transactions on my account, then gives more info on these supposed issues. They say to press 1 to stop the payments or 2 to talk to an agent. The strange thing is, they never say which bank or mention my name. No doubt this has to be a scam. Just hang up straight away.
