So I got a robo call telling me my Visa was charged with two overseas transfers. I hit 1 to stop it and got put through to someone who barely spoke English. She asked for my sort code so she could supposedly stop the payments. I told her it sounded dodgy, but she insisted it wasn’t. Then when I asked for her name she just cut me off. Total fishy behaviour.
