I messed up my Premier Inn booking by putting the wrong date so I emailed them to cancel it. Not long after, this number rang me saying they were from Premier Inn and that my booking was cancelled. They mentioned I’d get a refund through some app called LemFi. Then my Santander account was blocked, and the caller told me to use a different bank account. That’s when I cut the call off. Really shouldn’t have taken it that far, it felt legit since it came right after I emailed Premier Inn customer service.
