Received a call on my home phone from someone claiming to be Sam Williams from Openreach. He said he was looking into claims that someone was using my broadband. But when I asked him a few questions, he quickly hung up. I’m not sure what’s happening with BT, my internet provider, or EE who handle my mobile, but this feels off. I’ve already flagged a bunch of scam emails pretending to be from BT, and now this happens. It’s really hard to trust anyone nowadays!
