Just a heads up, this is a typical scam. If someone rings up saying they’re from your internet company and tells you there’s a problem with your PC, like it’s sending errors or has a virus, be careful. They’ll offer to sort it out but only if you pay with a gift card. I wouldn’t hand over any money - paying doesn’t mean they’ll fix anything or get your data back. Best thing is not to let them get anywhere near your computer.
