I got a call on my phone at like 4 in the morning and they left a voicemail. They said if I didn't call back and talk to the claims team, there would be some sort of action against my name and national insurance number. It really stressed me out, but then I thought, who on earth calls people at 4am? I don’t know who it was, but I’m pretty certain it was a scam.

Just got a call and a voicemail from them. Seemed pretty suspicious, like they might be trying to trick people, especially those who aren’t too careful. They said something about taking action if I didn’t get back to them. Doesn’t sit right with me at all.
