I got a call from a lady who seemed to be from some kind of call centre, claiming she was from "British Telecom". She told me my security was at risk and said she could assist me if I confirmed a few details proving I was the account owner. Her English was really bad and after I gave the wrong answer to a couple of her questions, she just hung up on me straight away.
