I got a call from this number that just went straight to my voicemail without any message, then when I tried calling back it just dropped the call - seems like it doesn't take incoming calls at all.

This bloke actually called me and used my name, which was odd. When I said it was me, he replied in a language I couldn’t understand and then just ended the call. Honestly, don’t waste your time with this muppet.
