They said it was from my bank’s security, but didn’t say which bank. Then they told me to press 2 to chat with someone.

1100 - 25/03/21. Got a call from an Asian guy claiming he was calling from BT about an internet issue. I pretended to go along with it but he didn’t make much progress and soon passed me to his supervisor, a woman with an Asian accent who joined straight away. I think the bloke was still training and she was just monitoring the call. I decided to end it quickly as they were asking for my personal details. Felt quite dodgy to be honest.
