So this woman rang saying she was with Amazon, telling me my Prime account had issues. She asked if I’d given access to my Prime to anyone else. Weirdly, she claimed I had two accounts, which I definitely don’t. When I asked why she was calling from a mobile number if she was Amazon, she said it was a “computer generated number” and seemed annoyed that I didn’t get what that meant. Tried to argue a bit and she just cut me off. Blocked the number, but I doubt it’ll do much - they’ll just ring again from some other “computer generated number” no doubt.
