It's utterly infuriating; we keep getting these messages from the same pesky number.

I keep getting blasted with texts from this number, often at the most inconvenient times during the night. Since we need to leave our phones on for work purposes, it’s become quite the nuisance. Does anyone know how we can block these messages from coming through to our phone? It's turning into a bit of a nightmare, to be honest!

I've found myself in a similar predicament - I too have received a couple of service messages from that cheeky cell portal, and I can't help but feel anxious that we might be racking up charges for these! Does anyone have any insights on how to put an end to these pesky notifications?

Earlier today, around 2am, we received a call from this number. I've taken it off now, but I can’t quite fathom how they managed to get hold of our mobile number. I suspect it’s linked to some dodgy internet download!

We powered up our phone and took a peek at our messages, only to find one from 'cheeky cell portal'. We decided to delete that straight away, but we're unsure about when or if any further messages will come through.

We completely overlooked mentioning that we received a text at 02:24 this afternoon from these individuals. Our partner asked us who was behind those messages, and honestly, we're as baffled as they are! It would be nice if someone could get to the bottom of this soon. It feels like tech fraudsters are outsmarting us at every turn!

I’m in the same boat - receiving a couple of service texts from that mobile portal, and it’s got me quite anxious they’re finding ways to bill us for these! Does anyone have an idea on how to stop these messages once and for all?

It's quite the nuisance, I must say! We keep getting these annoying messages from the same number over and over again.

Earlier today, we received a rather cheeky text from something called the "cell portal" at the ungodly hour of 7am! Half-awake, we decided to reply, wondering if it was a prank from one of our friends. After perusing some of the other comments regarding this, it's become painfully clear that it’s not the case. We’ve since deleted the message and are left wishing these folks hadn’t managed to fleece us. Here’s hoping we don’t receive another text from them!

Received a message from them at half past four in the morning, and I must admit, I’m rather unimpressed. There were no links or any useful information whatsoever, just a bland text. Quite irritating really!

I experienced the same predicament, but I didn't receive a phone number-just a link instead. When I clicked on it from my phone, it displayed “error code 500, please reach out to Vodafone.” I then tried accessing it on my laptop, only to be redirected to a dating or adult website. Quite peculiar, I must say!

I received a rather peculiar call from what appeared to be CHEEKY cell PORTAL. Following that, the phone logged me out unexpectedly and prompted me to re-enter my four-digit PIN. Quite bizarre, if you ask me!

Blimey, those absolute pillocks sent us a text bang on 10:35 this evening. I reckon it’s just a dodgy money-making racket. Seriously, don’t bother calling, texting, or even checking out their website; you’d just be lining their pockets! Once they spot you as an easy target, they won’t leave you in peace. It makes one curious about how they got hold of our number - is it plucked out of thin air or what?

This morning, we received a message from a different number mentioning something about a cheeky cell portal. We tried to investigate, but every time we dialed, it just redirected us to a Vodafone answering machine! Quite perplexing, really!

We've been receiving some really bothersome texts and multimedia messages lately. The senders are quite elusive and haven't provided any contact details. We've already reached out to Vodafone, our mobile service provider, and they are currently investigating the matter. According to Vodafone, we won’t incur any charges for these messages, but we're keen to find a way to block them altogether. I would strongly urge anyone else experiencing similar issues to steer clear of any links these senders provide and to report the situation to your mobile provider promptly.

Received a rather odd text on my iPhone saying "CHEEKY cell PORTAL". Strangely, there were no pictures or links attached, just a straightforward SMS from the number +44 7500585732. Quite mysterious, to say the least!

At precisely 07:08 this morning, we received an identical unembellished message reading 'CHEEKY cell PORTAL.' Quite peculiar, I must say!

Absolutely! We've received one of those cheeky texts from a dubious cell portal, and I still can't fathom how they got hold of our number. Thankfully, we couldn't respond because our mobile doesn't have internet access, haha! Perhaps it’s linked to a website we browsed that demanded our number. Regardless, the web won't be getting our digits anymore! I’m seriously contemplating changing our number now. You can tell certain messages are dodgy; replying can grant them access to your credit through your phone. The best approach is to change your number and inform your provider about what's been going on.
