Someone rang claiming to be from Visa, mentioning a couple of charges I supposedly didn’t make. They insisted those transactions were definitely fraudulent. When I asked them to prove who they were and refused to give my account details, saying how do I know you’re legit and not just trying to scam me? They just cut the call straight away.
