Today I got a call supposedly from Amazon Prime with a recorded message saying some amount was going to be taken out of my bank account. The figure was different from what I'd seen in an email they supposedly sent. It then told me to press "1" if I wanted more details, so I did. After that, a person came on the line saying "How can I help you?" It sounded like a call centre, so I ended the call straight away. I'm a bit unsure if it was real or a scam.
