07985191745 Summary (Read all comments)

Phone number ☎️ 07985191745 👆 is reported as a persistent scam linked to bogus Royal Mail parcel delivery notifications. Recipients receive texts claiming a small unpaid postage fee must be paid via a suspicious link. The messages are fraudulent attempts to steal card details and personal information. Callers may later impersonate bank representatives, using gathered data to commit significant financial fraud. The scam is clearly identified by unsolicited contact, requests for money for undelivered parcels, and demands to click on dubious links. Users are strongly advised not to engage with the messages, avoid clicking links, or return calls, as these are deliberate attempts to deceive and defraud. Official Royal Mail and banking institutions do not operate in this manner.

This is a classic phishing trick. They want you to click the link and pay £1.99, but once you do, they grab your card info. Afterwards, you'll get a call pretending to be from your bank, sounding really convincing, even knowing some of your details. They might ask you to confirm your address and the security code on your card. With all that, they can go and buy a ridiculously expensive watch or something. Seriously, don’t click the link or ring them back - just ignore it completely.

Just got a call from 07985191745 claiming to be from royal mail about some parcel I supposedly owe money on. They said if I’m not paying, they’ll send it back to where it came from. Definitely a scam, won’t be clicking any links or sending them cash. Stay clear of this one!

I got a text from 07985 191745 claiming to be Royal Mail. They said I had a parcel waiting but I needed to pay a £1.99 shipping charge before they could deliver it. The message had a link (something like [#]royalmail.postage-service###]) that they wanted me to click on. Seemed fishy to me since I don't think Royal Mail would have my number or ask for money like that, so I just ignored it.

Got this text off a dodgy number claiming to be HSBC. It said someone named Humza Tariq was added as a payee on mobile banking. The message told me to visit some weird link to "deauthorise" it. Definitely a scam, don’t trust it!

Was waiting on a parcel that was late and got a message about Royal Mail. It said something about a premium fee, which didn't sound right so I didn’t tap any links. Tried calling the number twice but both times the call just dropped. Definitely seemed like a scam to me!
