Got a call on my TPS protected landline from someone saying they were from the ‘Visa Debit Team’, said there was a £900 charge on my card. I hit 1 to talk to someone and asked what the last 4 digits of the card were. They replied with "You called us, ma'am" - so I asked, what bank is this then? I told them I was reporting their number and then hung up, but the bloke kept trying to argue with me!
