Got a call from someone saying they were Malcom Hughes Bailey about some High Court Writ. Complete rubbish, don’t believe it.

Someone phoned me from a different mobile before, saying they were debt collectors but never gave any proper ID or a verifiable number. This time they claimed to be representing Building Control Communications. I found it very suspicious and have since reported it to Action Fraud.
