Got a robo call saying it was Amazon, telling me my Prime membership was about to renew for £79.99. I’ve seen loads about this scam on the news where people end up giving away their bank info. So I hung up straight away. Going to block this number now, no doubt they’ll call again. I only just signed up for the 30-day free trial of Amazon Prime, so either they’re really good at phishing or they somehow knew I’d just joined.
