I told him I wasn’t expecting the call and that I was actually working. Then he had the nerve to ask how I had time to answer the phone if I was supposed to be busy at work. Proper cheeky, honestly.

i usually ignore calls like this but felt a bit off cause i’m unwell, so i picked up. a lady came on asking for me and said she wanted to talk about helping with my debts. i honestly just told her she was talking rubbish and ended the call straight away. after that i just blocked the number.

Got a call from some IT recruitment firm claiming they had a contract in South Bank. The guy was all over the place, trying to get references out of me. He promised to email me confirmation but then rang back a few minutes later, saying he was sending the job spec and asking if I’d represent them. Never actually received anything though. Total waste of time, these Explore Group lot are just dishonest.
