I picked up the phone and straight away, the call from 07984592425 dropped out. In the background, I could faintly hear some people talking.

I really have no clue who's behind this number, but they ring me up, stay silent and then just hang up. This has been going on for quite a few years now. When I don't answer, they send texts, but they keep mentioning some other person's name, asking how that person is and wanting to talk. Then not long after, another message pops up where they say they're having money problems and ask for different sums. Quite odd if you ask me.
