Got a call from this number earlier today. It was some robotic voice saying it was from Visa about a payment of £600 on my card. They told me to hit 1 if I didn’t know about the charge. Since I don’t own a Visa card and definitely haven’t spent £600 recently, I ignored it and looked up the number online. That’s how I ended up here writing this to warn others. I’ve blocked the number now.

Got a voicemail from some automated voice pretending to be BT. It warned me my internet was about to be disconnected and told me to press 1 to talk to someone. Pretty classic scam stuff if you ask me.
