Yesterday I got a call on my mobile from 07984 456629. An automated message with an American accent said a letter from HMRC couldn't be delivered and asked me to hold to talk to someone, threatening legal action otherwise. As far as I'm aware, HMRC doesn't have my mobile number and I don't owe them a penny. I just hung up. Got a similar call today from 07854 003498 too.
