We paid upfront for a holiday for 12 of us back in Jan 2026, but so far nothing has been delivered. For the past nine months we’ve tried to get in touch with them, but every time they just brush us off. Calls go unanswered and they keep dodging us. We’re still chasing them now, but it’s getting desperate. They operate under Lloyd’s Bank charity CIC ref16849397 or something like that. This needs to be reported as they’ve done us wrong. Altogether, we’re out of pocket by around £6000 and it’s well past time for some action.
