I got this text and I'm pretty sure it's one of those scams. It said something like, "Just a quick note to let you know Sophie’s coming back to work on 27/6/23. You can book from Saturday 20 May. Reply STOP if you don't want these messages." Feels dodgy to me.

Got a text off some Barry Jones, says he's with DFT industrial disease or something like that... He mentioned I'd got a letter about a free hearing test for ex-military, which is kinda true as I did serve. They want me to go to the village hotel in Walsall on Sunday for an appointment. Feels dodgy to me, maybe a scam? Haven't replied yet, just playing it safe.

I've tried leaving voice messages for other folks, hoping they'd get back to me, but it’s been hit and miss. Sometimes they listen and reply, other times it just feels like shouting into a void. Not sure if they even check their voicemails these days!
