Got a robocall claiming to be from Amazon about a suspicious iPhone 11 purchase for £1049, asking me to press 1 if I ordered it or 2 to cancel. When I hit 2, the message just repeated, then some guy with an Indian accent came on saying I had to download software to link up with Amazon’s secure servers. I asked why I couldn't just log into my own Amazon account and cancel it myself. He said it was because someone else had set up a new account using my info. That sounded impossible to me since Amazon wouldn’t just let that happen, so I just told him no and he ended the call.
