I got a call from someone claiming to be the fraud department, saying there was an attempt to take more than £700 from my account. They told me to press 1 to confirm or talk to their team. I hadn’t made any payments, so I just hung up. It sounded like a recorded message because there was a pause before the voice started speaking after I picked up. Honestly, I’m pretty sure it was a scam. I’d say anyone getting calls like this should be really careful.
