He mentioned that because of some necessary maintenance, our phone line and internet would be cut off starting at 9 a.m. the following day for four days. Then he offered a fix - switching our service over to EE. I thought it was a bit strange he was calling from a mobile number, which sounded like it was on EE’s network, so I told him I’d end the call, confirm with BT, and only ring back if we wanted to move over.
