I got a call from someone claiming to be from SKY saying there was an issue with my internet. Thing is, I’ve had no trouble at all and SKY never ring up out of the blue like that. They usually only get in touch if you report a problem yourself. Sounds like a dodgy scam to me, probably trying to get into your router or computer to steal info. Best thing to do is block the number and report it straight away.
