Got a text today saying I need to pay up or else there'll be consequences. I'm pretty sure Royal Mail always leaves a delivery slip if something's waiting, so I'm just ignoring it since it smells like a scam to me.

Got a text from "Royal Mail" saying I owed £2 for shipping and included a link to [#]redelivery-payment.net. They warned that if I didn't pay, there'd be consequences. Checked the official Royal Mail website and it clearly states they only ask for payment by email or text if it's a customs charge. Plus, they always leave a grey card letting you know about any fees before releasing a parcel. This card might come after the message. Royal Mail actively fights against scams like this. Looks like this text is fake - definitely be careful!
