I just got a text from some place called The Tide in Southend about a 2-bedroom flat renting for £975 a month. Problem is, I never asked about any property or sent any enquiry. The message is asking me to quickly reply with loads of info like everyone's names and ages, where we're from, job details, any bad credit history, if we have a working guarantor, kids under 18, smokers, pets, when I want to move, plus any extra info. It even wants email and salary details. The sender is some Inigo Iruskieta from Martin & Co. Feels a bit dodgy as I didn’t contact them in the first place!
