Got a text from Hermes at 5.31am saying they’d tried to deliver a parcel at 8am. Then they start asking for your bank info - bit fishy if you ask me.

Got a call saying they attempted to deliver a package and asked me to provide my information. Definitely felt like a risky scam to me.

If you’re waiting for a delivery from Hermes, number 22 maybe, just think it through. Are you supposed to cover any fees? If you aren’t, then don’t hand over any money or get caught up in it. Easy enough to figure out with a little bit of thinking.

Got a text from Hermes around 8.27 saying they'd tried to deliver something but missed me. I was waiting for a parcel from Shein, but the message seemed a bit off, so I looked the number up. Turns out loads of people had the same issue. Definitely don’t click on any links in that message. I just ended up blocking the number.

I got a message claiming to be from Hermes saying they missed a delivery and included a link with words like “pay” and “fee” in it. It looked dodgy to me so I didn’t click on anything. After checking around, I found out it’s a scam. I don’t even understand why they’d say I missed a parcel when I’ve not been out and deliveries never arrive this early anyway, like 6 in the morning!

Got a text from Hermes just after midnight saying I'd missed a delivery and to click a link to sort it out. The link mentioned some kind of fee, which seemed off. I was actually expecting a parcel but it had already been delivered earlier that day. Why send this sort of thing so late? Feels like a total scam to me. My advice? Don’t bother clicking on any links, just report it and bin the message.

At like 6 in the morning I get this text from 0798385394 saying it’s from Hermes and that they missed my parcel delivery. The message tells me to go to this weird link: [#]myhermes-parcel-fee{###] to sort out a redelivery. Looks like a total scam to me!

got a text from this number earlier saying it was hermes. They said they missed my parcel delivery and asked me to click a link to sort a redelivery. the link looked dodgy, something like [#]myhermes-parcel-fee[###]. hermes don’t really send texts from a mobile number like that here in the uk, so I reckon it’s a scam. be careful if you get anything similar!
