sky called me saying they couldn’t process my last bill. they warned me to update my payment details ASAP to dodge any extra charges. They told me to go through this link: [#]support-sky[###]. sounded a bit dodgy to me though.

Got a message saying I've added some bloke called Mr C Jones as a new payee on my HSBC account, with a link to click. Seems dodgy, probably a scam.

Got a strange text saying I’d added a new payee with HSBC on 22-01-21 at 16:48. Thing is, I don’t even bank with HSBC, so it’s clearly dodgy. The message told me to check a link that seemed fishy and probably tries to get you to download stuff or give away your private info, like passwords or card details. Definitely a scam, watch out!
