This morning at about 11:07, I got a call from 07983 716149. The lady on the other end said she was from BT and started calling me "sir". I told her I’m actually a woman and asked her if she could tell me my name. She tried to explain something but when I asked her again for my name, she just hung up. It’s not the first time I’ve received this call either.
