I normally just let calls from numbers I dont recon go to voicemail, but this time a robotic woman said she was from the tax office saying I was facing court action. She told me to press 1 to talk to their officer. I didn’t catch all she said but it set off alarm bells - I’m PAYE and never got any official letter or notice from HMRC, so no way it’s legit. Definitely sounded like a scam to me.
