Got a call from an Asian guy with really bad English, said he was from Microsoft. He started with, 'Hello ma'am, are you the primary user of the computer?' I said no. There was a quiet moment, then he asked again, 'Is it a family member or a friend who uses it?' I said no again. After a longer pause, he checked if anyone else in the home uses the computer. I said no once more. Then there was this long silence before he just hung up.
