Got a call from 07983167581 earlier claiming our internet was running slow. The guy said he was with BT but I know genuine BT calls usually come from an 0800 number, so I figured it was dodgy. I told him straight up it was a scam but he kept insisting he was really from BT. Eventually, I just ended the call. Had a look at the internet myself afterwards and everything seems fine.
