Got a call on my landline earlier today from a strange mobile number starting with 07983. It was the second time they rang this morning. When I picked up, there was a bloke who just said “hi” and “hello” and then hung up straight away. I could hear loads of chatter and noise in the background, so it felt like one of those dodgy call centre scams. Definitely felt fishy.
