I just had one of those annoying calls pretending to be my bank's security team, claiming someone bought a train ticket from London to Edinburgh using my card. They even gave me an option to speak to the police. When I said yes, they connected me to the "Metropolitan Police." I tried to catch them out by telling them my name was Donald Mcfib, which made them suspicious, and they hung up pretty quick. Bit too blatant on my part, I guess.
