Got a call from some Indian scam outfit claiming I booked a train ticket from Edinburgh to London for £120. They told me to press 1 to confirm or 2 to chat with the “City Police.” I hit 2, and a recorded message played saying “please wait, a poll taker will be with you soon.” Then this bloke with an Indian accent came on, pretending to be from the City Police, but when I asked which city, he had no clue. I called him out, told him what a dishonest twit he was, and he just laughed before hanging up. What a joke!
