This person always claims to be from bank security. I never let them go any further because I've had calls like this before. They tend to say there's been a withdrawal or some payment from my account. I’m well aware it’s a scam. The tricky part is I’m disabled and struggle to reach my phone quickly. But I have to pick up in case it’s something serious. These calls are coming through more and more now. If it’s not bank related, it’s some chat about solar heating or something like that. It’s such a pain!
