Totally a scam. I tried calling back using my landline with caller ID blocked (dialled 141 before the number), and no one picked up. Instead of ringing, it blasted this annoying repetitive noise, like a mix of a car horn and metal banging. Luckily I had it on speaker or it would've hurt my ear big time. Seriously dodgy and definitely not safe!
