This bloke rang me with a thick accent, saying he was calling from some recovery firm. I asked him a few times to spell out the company’s name, but he just kept repeating “A Rock” without actually spelling it. Then he went on, saying it didn’t really matter - all he wanted was a yes or no answer about getting my money back. When I told him I wouldn’t deal with them without knowing exactly who they were, he got quite pushy and shouted “Do you want your money back? Yes or no?” before slamming the phone down.
