I answered the call and as soon as I did, it just stopped. I think it might be one of those scam calls trying to get you to ring them back. Saw someone else had mentioned this number too, so I've gone ahead and blocked it.

Got a call from a gent named David, sounded like he was from overseas. He asked about my heating setup and if I had any insulation in the loft, said something about the government offering a free boiler. He was quite nice and didn’t pressure me at all. I just told him I wasn’t interested, and we wrapped it up there.
