I got a call from a robotic voice claiming to be the national crime agency and said they were investigating illegal stuff linked to my national insurance number. They warned me I'd be arrested soon if I didn’t press 1. Total scam!

I ordered something and got a message from the driver the day before telling me when they'd be there. The number seems legit since they even called me while trying to deliver and I just wasn't quick enough to answer. Premier Deliveries were the ones sorting it out.

I noticed a missed call from this number, followed by a text telling me a delivery was supposed to arrive in 20 mins and asking if I’d be home. They asked me to ring them back on that number. I replied asking who it was but never got any reply.
