I got a call from someone saying they were with HMRC and that I was being investigated and would be arrested if I didn’t pay up. I’m just a pensioner living on my state pension, nothing else coming in, so I instantly knew it was a con. I reported the number, blocked it, and wiped it from my phone. Would tell anyone else to just do the same.
